Ombudsperson

At Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, we are committed to fostering an academic environment that upholds fairness, inclusiveness, transparency, and mutual respect. The Office of the Ombudsperson serves as an independent and impartial mechanism to address concerns and grievances in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.

Our primary objective is to ensure that every student and stakeholder is heard with empathy, treated with dignity, and provided with an equitable platform for the resolution of issues. We strive to promote harmony, accountability, and trust within the University community while safeguarding the principles of natural justice and institutional integrity.
