Fashion Design

Textile Design
Textile Designers or Fabric Designers design woven, knitted or printed fabrics for clothing and other household items like carpets, tableware, etc. They treat the yarn through different types of processes to give it a particular finish. The textile designer also make drawings of initial concepts and work with various yarns and fabrics taking into account the final use of the fabric by translating the designs into marketable fabrics. Textile designers work within and alongside industries such as fashion, interior design and textiles. They may also work under professional designers or as freelance designers working with different clients.

Accessory Design
Accessory design is a supportive activity of fashion. Conventionally, Fashion, has to do with apparel and apparel-based products. But accessory design comes under the umbrella of fashion.
What it means is this: accessory design includes items like jewellery, shoes, footwear or bags. None of these come under apparel, yet they come under the larger umbrella of fashion.

Fine Arts
Fine art or the fine arts encompass art forms developed primarily for aesthetics and/or concept rather than practical application. Historically, the five major arts were painting, sculpture, architecture, music and poetry, with minor arts including drama and dance. Today, fine arts commonly include the visual art and performing art forms, such as painting, sculpture, collage, decollage, assemblage, installation, calligraphy, music, dance, theatre, architecture, film, photography, conceptual art, and printmaking. However, in some institutes of learning or in museums and frequently the term fine arts is frequently (pl.) associated exclusively with visual art forms.

Jewellery Design
Jewellery designers design and make body adornments using a variety of materials including gold, silver and precious stones. Practising one of the oldest crafts, designers create pieces that can have great sentimental significance or symbolic meaning, can be wearable or are decorative artefacts in their own right. They must be able to relate well to their clients in order to understand design specifications, as well as master the creative and practical skills needed to make a product. The majority of jewellery designers are self-employed and hence also require commercial awareness. Some jewellery designers focus more on design using specializing companies to implement the design in the different stages of the making process.

Interior Design
Interior design is one of the fastest growing professional fields. Architecture
This course will introduce students to basic architectural design principles and problem solving. Students will learn to control point, line, surface and volume to shape spaces for human use. Visual analysis will be introduced as a tool for discussing and understanding organization. Students will learn techniques of repetition, variation, order, scale and rhythm.

Animation
Animation is one of the latest breakthrough technologies of computer applications, it is not only useful in the technological world but animations have also slowly taken over entertainment and other daily aspects of life. Animations are commonly associated with the making of cartoon and 3D characters. However the deeper understanding of animations is that it is a display of different images in a series which are in the artwork of 2D models and their positions are arranged in such a way that it creates an illusion of the movement. The theory behind it is that it follows a phenomenon of the vision persistence, which causes the optical illusion of the images, resulting in animation.

Graphic Design

The term "graphic design" can also refer to a number of artistic and professional disciplines that focus on visual communication and presentation. A graphic designer may use a combination of typography, visual arts and page layout techniques to produce the final result. Graphic design often refers to both the processes (designing) by which the communication is created and the products (designs) are generated.
