NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS EMERGING PROSPECTS IN ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
Faculty of Commerce and Management, Organized an International Conference on Emerging Prospects of Accounting and Finance on 25th Feb 2022. The purpose of the conference was to provide an opportunity for research scholars, academicians, and accounting professionals to contribute to changing scenario of accounting and finance. The conference took up various contemporary issues in the area of accounting comprising Forensic Accounting, Blockchain Technology, Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence in Accounting Practices, Fraud Detection in the Digital Environment, Carbon Accounting Environmental Accounting, etc.
The conference started with the Inaugural function in the auspicious presence of Prof. G. Soral, Former President Indian Accounting Association as Chief Guest and Prof. B.P Sharma, Former Vice Chancellor, Gautam Buddha University as Guest of Honor.
Prof. K.K. Dave President, of Pacific University in his presidential address, highlighted the changes taking place all over the world in the area of finance and said that it's an appropriate time for the country to introduce AI-based courses in the curriculum. Prof. Mahima Birla, Conference Director and Dean gave a brief about the conference theme. Dr. Pushpkant Shakdwipee, Organizing Secretary welcomed all the esteemed guests, delegates, and participants. Prof. Anurag Mehta gave a vote of thanks to all the guests. The inaugural function was followed by a plenary session in which experts from different areas shared knowledge of their respective fields.

Technical Session II was Chaired by CA(Dr) Hemant Kaduniya, Assistant Professor, Govt. College Nathdwara. The Coordinators of the session were CS Khagesh Joshi and Dr Udit Varshney.
