Importance of Basics of Kitchen

A Webinar was organised by PIHM on “Importance of Basics of Kitchen” on 29th May 2021 (Saturday) at 05:30 PM. The Keynote Speaker were Chef Ashish Bhasin executive Chef of Leela Ambience , Gurugram. The key points of Webinar included Importance of Kitchen Basics. The session ended with participants questions and their queries which were answered by Chef. Its was an honour for PIHM students getting an opportunity to know about the importance of Kitchen basics cooking from a countries top chef and culinary guru.
