This webinar was hosted by Pacific Institute of Business Studies, and we were honored to have our Key note speaker, Mr. Vishwas Vaishnav who is considered as the Management Guru and has been honored by the Book of India - Indore. Mr. Vaishnav said that if we get new ideas, we should think about them and appreciate them. No matter how much we gain knowledge, until and unless we don’t channelize our knowledge properly. On the webinar, he brought up multiple examples of this and encouraged all to introduce them in their daily lives.

Dr. Anurag Mehta, the principal, also said that we should exclude unwanted thoughts from our brains. Loss or sadness of an individual can only be converted into a success when the job is completed without worry. When a person or individual begins working, he should not care about it again and again. Once started, it should be completed with complete commitment and positive mindset.

Mr. Vishwas Vaishnav also said that advice should only be taken from those who are experts in their profession, otherwise one would be disappointed.

A well-known anchor and theatre artist, Mr. Ompal hosted this webinar. Many of the student's concerns were addressed by Vaishnav.

Many students were influenced by the webinar. Students of B.Com, BBA and Mass communication knew that they should select good company.
