Abstract of webinar with important point discussed:
Pacific School of Law has organized a webinar on “COVID-19 & Corporate Market Reforms” on 18.7.2020 from 02.00 pm onwards. The webinar was addressed by Prof. Amit K. Kashyap, Head Centre for Corporate Law Studies, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as the key note speaker. Prof. Kashyap enlightened the knowledge seekers by sharing his experiences. He elaborated importance of e- market and linked it with present pandemic situation. Also he emphasized on need of uplifting local markets as during emergency time local markets prove their important roles.
