The knowledge imparted by PIM is not confined to its lavish campus. PIM was the first institute of Rajasthan to send the students to the Bombay Stock Exchange for real knowledge and understanding of the Stock Market. The Institute also entered into MOUs with many International Universities and organizations like NSE, AIMA, and MCX to impart practical knowledge. To enhance students’ employability, PIM constantly conducts 20+ certification programs including collaborations with National Stock Exchange (NCCMP), New Delhi and other prestigious institutions. The students are exposed to various latest tools which include Advanced excel and R for business analytics and Tableau for data visualization. Series of Management Development Programs in the area of quality management, leadership skills, communication, interpersonal skills, business analytics happiness index, and intellectual property rights export documentation are conducted for the professionals of different corporates like JK Cement JK Tyre, Hindustan Zinc, Secure Meters. PIM also strives to train the students and motivate them to research various contemporary and empirical issues. Every year several students write and present research papers, case studies etc in national and international conferences at IITs, IIMs, BITS etc and get them published in the journals of repute.
Pacific students have always exemplified their excellence in a lot of competitions across the nation. All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi organizes annually, National level competition in Simulated Management Games wherein approximately top 300 B - schools participate. Each year the teams from the Pacific Institute of Management participate in this prestigious competition and from 2012 onwards for 10 years continuously, the students of Pacific MBA are National Winners.
