“Create Your Destiny by Using Sub-Conscious Mind”

Abstract of Webinar:-

Pacific School of Law, Pacific University organized a Webinar on “Create Your Destiny by Using Sub-Conscious Mind” The keynote speaker was Mr. Ashok Kumar Beniwal, Bollywood actor and a motivational speaker.

Mr. Beniwaltalked about the details of psychological understanding and balancing. He initiated the session by introducing himself and stated that only 10% of human brain is used by the common people. He surprised the audience by mentioning that great Albert Einstein only used his 5% of brain and generated miracles. He mentioned that the reason behind this is that none of the universities and colleges do not provide the training of balancing Sub-conscious mind powers. He mentioned that brain is hardware, whereas a mind is software. Later on, he mentioned that subconscious mind is the major part which consists of 90% and conscious mind is only 10%. 90% of subconscious mind it is a kind of supernatural servant named ‘Jinny’ whereas 10% off conscious mind takes all the decisions which is the master of the above said ‘Jinny’.

Conscious mind works during the day-time conscious working of the person and subconscious mind even works during the sleep. Conscious mind doesn't think. Conscious mind is logical and it works for your actions; where is subconscious is creative. Conscious mind is the boss s when we feel “life is wonderful”,“I can get all the possibilities” the supernatural ‘Jinny’ says yes !.

He mentioned that 60000 to 90000 negative thoughts come to our mind in a day. IQ is in less important but emotional quotient is needed for success. Subconscious mind works on Law of attraction.He later, pointed that we should not program our mind in a negative way. He further gave a tip that the reason of increase in negative thoughts among the peoples is negative-social media posts, negative house members, and negative surroundings. He mentioned that programming will result into to a person if you take the world in the negative sense negative will return to you. He condemned the theory that “money is the problem of all evils”, and stated that money is the power and the use of money depends on negative and positive usages. He mentioned that your outer world reflects your inner world. The final tips were given by him like keeping away from negative social media news and always be grateful to the God. He suggested that positive programming of your mind will reduce stress negativity fear and anxiety.

He gave some very good practical exercises to the participants and mentioned that we spoil our day by repeating the negative sentences. Prof. (Dr.)Subhash Sharma, (Program Coordinator) and other authorities shared his views and talked about the sub-conscious mind and gave this webinar a two-way route.The participants gave their feedbacks from their point of view and shared their opinions. At the lastthe webinar ended with offeringof vote of thanks to the speaker and other members.
