Pacific College of Basic & Applied Sciences
About the College
Basic & Applied Sciences cater to the needs of society from all angles. Recognizing the increasing dependency of human beings and the ever increasing demand of society and industries on chemicals in Medicine, Food, Agriculture, Textiles, Polymers, Paints, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Building Materials etc., Pacific University has taken a leading step by introducing a Basic & Applied Sciences stream within their curriculum arena.
With the ever increasing chain of industries developing novel chemicals as per the requirement of society, demand for technical and research oriented persons is growing. The gap between the availability of trained people and the demand for this genre is widening day by day. Therefore two M.Sc. courses in Chemistry & Industrial Chemistry are being offered by the Pacific University.
